- 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 3 cups beef broth

- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 2 bay leaves
- 2 15 oz cans dark red kidney beans and 2 15 oz cans cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
Instructions
- Sauté ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until browned; transfer to slow cooker.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and spices to the slow cooker; mix well.
- Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
