Description

These Valentine Breakfast Sliders are a delightful combination of buttery pretzel buns filled with cheesy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and savory sausage. Perfect for brunch or a cozy breakfast celebration with loved ones, they’re easy to prepare and full of irresistible flavor.

Ingredients

  • Mini Pretzel Slider Buns
  • Bacon
  • Ground Pork Sausage
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Salt and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • Colby Jack Cheese
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Maple Syrup
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain excess grease.
  • In the remaining bacon grease, sauté the ground pork sausage until fully cooked.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; scramble in a skillet with butter until fluffy.
  • Assemble sliders in the baking dish: layer buns with sausage, eggs, bacon, and cheese.
  • Brush slider tops with melted butter mixed with maple syrup.
  • Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese melts and buns are golden.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Sliders can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
For more cheese, add extra slices just before baking to enhance flavor.
Customize with veggies like spinach or bell peppers for added nutrition.
