Description

This Valentine Peanut Butter Layered Delight combines creamy peanut butter with rich cream cheese for a decadent dessert. Perfect for any occasion, its beautiful layers and delicious flavors will impress everyone!


Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies (16 oz)
  • Cream Cheese (8 oz, softened)
  • Powdered Sugar (1 cup)
  • Whipped Topping (1 cup)
  • Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (3.4 oz)
  • Whole Milk (1.5 cups)
  • Creamy Peanut Butter (1 cup)
  • Whipped Topping (2 cups)
  • Peanut Butter Chips (0.5 cup)
  • Whole Peanut Butter Cookies (8, chopped)
  • Creamy Peanut Butter (0.5 cup, melted)

Instructions

  • Grease a 9×13 inch glass baking dish and set it aside.
  • Arrange a layer of peanut butter sandwich cookies at the bottom of the dish.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of whipped topping until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie base; freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Mix instant vanilla pudding with whole milk until thickened, then fold in creamy peanut butter and 1 cup of whipped topping.
  • Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chilled cream cheese layer; freeze for another 15 minutes.
  • Layer the remaining 2 cups of whipped topping on top and sprinkle with peanut butter chips and chopped cookies.
  • Drizzle melted peanut butter over the dessert and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
For best results, use room temperature whipped topping and cream cheese for easy blending.
Freeze for up to three months by cutting into squares before freezing.
