Description
These Valentine strawberry yogurt bites are a perfect blend of fresh strawberries and creamy yogurt, topped with crunchy granola. Simple to make and irresistibly delicious, they’re ideal for a quick sweet treat or a healthy dessert.

- ½ cup granola, more for topping
- 1 cup yogurt of choice
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
- ¾ cup fresh strawberries, sliced or chopped
- ¼ cup granola, smaller pieces work better
Instructions
- Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners or use a 12-cup silicone baking pan.
- Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each cup. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix yogurt and diced strawberries. Mash the strawberries into the yogurt until mostly combined with some chunks remaining.
- Use a spatula to stir and fold until well mixed.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the strawberry yogurt mixture into each cup, creating an even layer. Tap the pan to level it out.
- Press about 1 tablespoon of sliced strawberries into the tops of each cup.
- Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of granola over the strawberries.
- Place the pan in the freezer and chill until firm, about 2-4 hours.
- Pop out each frozen yogurt bite and let them thaw for a few minutes before enjoying.
Notes
These yogurt bites can be made in advance and stored in the freezer for a quick snack.
Feel free to substitute yogurt flavors or other fruits to customize your bites.
Using a silicone pan facilitates easy removal of the yogurt bites.
