Ingredients

Scale
  • 50 g coconut butter
  • 2 big tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 7080 g shredded coconut chips
  • 5060 g cacao mass
  • 50 g cacao butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 12 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • 23 tsp coconut sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients for the first layer in a double boiler.
  • Gently melt and mix the ingredients until a thick coconut paste forms.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass or ceramic tray and refrigerate to allow it to solidify.
  • Once the first layer is set, proceed to prepare the chocolate layer.

Notes

For a richer chocolate flavor, consider adding more cacao mass
Adjust coconut sugar according to your sweetness preference
Let the bars chill long enough to harden completely before cutting into pieces.
