  • Dairy-free milk (optional)
  • Icing sugar (dusting, optional)

Instructions

  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Incorporate cold butter to create coarse crumbs.
  • Add ice water gradually until dough forms.
  • Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
  • Roll out the dough and cut into diamond shapes.
  • Fill with strawberry jam and fold to seal.
  • Brush with dairy-free milk and sprinkle sugar if desired.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • Cool before serving.
